        The Resistance Diaries from Rojava inform about the ongoing revolution in Rojava.


        Since 2012, Rojava is a de facto autonomous region in north-east Syria where a federal system of self-government is being built. The system is called Democratic Confederalism. Its aim is to establish a civil society that accomplishes direct democracy, ecology and the liberation of women.


        This episode of the Resistance Diaries from Rojava is about the role of cooperatives in the revolution. Since 2012, several hundred cooperatives with mostly 20 to 35 members have been founded.
