The cost of the citizen's income

Since the citizen's income would cost one third of the GDP (between 600 and 800 billion Euros per year) it will be hard to push it through. If we had sufficient power to enforce the rededication of such large sums of money, we might as well use that power for a fundamental change of the whole system.
